1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Digital Solutions AI ('we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2.Description of Service
Digital Solutions AI provides custom AI-powered digital solutions, including but not limited to, operations automation, centralized data platforms, and intelligent customer support systems. The specifics of the services will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement.
3.User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the services and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You are also responsible for safeguarding your account access and for any activities or actions under your account.
4.Intellectual Property
All services, software, and content provided by Digital Solutions AI, including all intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Digital Solutions AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5.Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
6.Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Digital Solutions AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
9.Google API Services and Connected Data
Certain features may connect with Google services such as Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Picker. When you enable those features, you authorize us to access and process the Google account information, file metadata, spreadsheet content, configuration details, and related data reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality. We do not sell Google user data and do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
10.Privacy and Data Handling for Connected Services
Our handling of personal data and connected third-party data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where Google-connected features are used, we limit access, use, storage, and sharing of Google user data to what is reasonably necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, maintain security, comply with law, and satisfy applicable Google requirements.
11.Third-Party Services
Your use of integrated third-party services remains subject to the terms, policies, permissions, and technical limitations of those providers. For Google-connected features, this includes the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or access restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
